Always a big fan of the matte ruby-red lip. Even - ESPECIALLY - when the rest of my makeup is pared down and I’m just wearing a white T-shirt.
It’s also nice that a lot of the matte formulas now have that weightless powder feel and are almost a tad sheer. So they look as dressy as 3-inch heels but feel as casual as flip-flops.
