Rollover-Reaction is an up’n’coming Asian brand with quite the following in its native Indonesia, and I’m always up for checking out new stuff so I tried 8 of their original line-up of neutral lip n cheek creams called SUEDED!
These are NOT kiss-proof liquid lipsticks. They are more satiny though they sheer out into a matte finish because of a slight cream-to-powder type finish. These are designed for cheeks AND lips after all.
In terms of feel and performance, I would compare them quite closely to Burberry Liquid Velvets, with the key difference being price point (if you are in Asia especially, the price difference is huge) and the color range. Rollover-Reaction focuses more on wearable neutrals in a varying range of hues (with the exception of the gorgeous Umma).
You might also like these if you like NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams. I’m personally a bit over the thick, dry, wrinkly texture of kiss-proof liquid lipsticks these couple of months (even though I loved them the past couple of years). They always look better in photos than they do in real life, and I think my lips are dying for a more forgiving texture as well.
