Just a preview and place-holder to let you guys know I’ve got one more tutorial lined up. It’s party/holiday season so pretty much all the tutorials I’m doing (except for specific product reviews) will be around more dramatic and glitzy looks.
This one here was done with Maybelline’s Chai Latte quad (I bought this when I was in California and this is only available in the US and maybe a few other territories I’m afraid, BUT this type of neutral and copper color-grouping is not that hard to find from most brands), and MAC pigment in Copper Sparkle.
If you have grey, blue and blue-green eyes this is a color theme you should definitely keep in mind for maximum contrast. For everyone else, it still works fine. It wouldn’t bring out your eye color that much, but that’s about it.
That said, remember - not every eye look has to bring out your eye color. If a look brings out your skin tone, your eye shape or complements your hair or outfit, go for it.
