Work-day Glitz - Golden Bronze Lids and Orange Lips + NEW Lightbulb Foundation Try-on
Sometimes I’ll jazz up my #workmakeup by choosing interesting textures and lip shades even if the colors are neutral or muted.
Did golden bronze lids using #MAC#Dazzleshadow Liquid in Beam Time complemented by shades from the #UrbanDecay#BornToRun palette and #ShuUemura’s delectable #RougeUnlimited matte supreme lipstick, M OR 587, a perfect burnt orange tone.
Initial thoughts on the new #Lightbulb Foundation:
The legendary glow foundation used to be formulated with 3 different oils and wasn’t great on oily skins or in warm weather, but this one sets and feels dry to the touch, which is a major improvement. At least if you have combination skin, you could still wear this with some setting powder in areas.
The glow isn’t as intense as the old one obviously. But I don’t mind since it doesn’t slide around as much. It does set a shade deeper after about 15-20 minutes so test before buying, or go one shade lighter.
It’s not a long-wearing formula technically. So setting powder will help increase the longevity if you need it to last a full day.
